First records of spring migrants 2013In this section the first migrating bird records of 2013 are summarized. At least the first three records will be published here and also additional records from N and E Latvia, where migrants arrive later. Because of specific spring 2013, when most of migrants arrive from SE of Latvia, since 20th of April there are no more separation in W, N and E Latvia. Only first three to five records of species are published regardless of place of observation. Northern and Eastern Latvia - former Aluksne, Balvi, Cesu, Daugavpils, Gulbene, Jekabpils, Kraslava, Ludza, Madonaa, Preilu, Rezekne, Valmiera and Valka districts.
