29.06.2017. Little Bittern (Ixobrychus minutus) 1 vocalizing at Seda heath, Strenci county (P.Daknis, R.Rekmanis, A.Elksne). Red Kite (Milvus milvus) 1 soaring over the meadow at Dundaga (U.Revalds).
28.06.2017. Firecrest (Regulus ignicapilla) 1 singing at Veclauci surroundings, Amata county (M.Platacis). Present since 22.06.2017. (G.Grandans, J.Cernova).
26.06.2017. European Bee-eater (Merops apiaster) 6 (3 pairs) at Vidzeme (A.Vilnis). Pair since 07.06.2017., three pairs since 11.06.2017. (A.Vilnis).

Eight individuals present since 04.06.2017 (G.Grandans et al.) to 09.06.2017. (K.Millers E.Kimman). Booted Warbler (Hippolais caligata) 2 (pair) at Stalidzani, Madona county (R.Rekmanis).
22.06.2017. Firecrest (Regulus ignicapilla) 1 singing at Veclauci surroundings, Amata county (G.Grandans, J.Cernova). Grey Wagtail (Motacilla cinerea) occupied nest at Gutmanala surroundings, Sigulda (G.Grandans, J.Cernova).

11.06.2017. Firecrest (Regulus ignicapilla) 2 singing at Vertezu forest, Saldus county (M.Jaunzemis). One individual present since 23.04.2017. (M.Jaunzemis). Booted Warbler (Iduna caligata) 1 heard singing at Stalidzani surroundings, Madona county (A.Platais).
09.06.2017. Tundra Bean Goose (Anser serrirostris) 1 at Orenisi - Drabaki fish ponds, Rezekne county (K.Millers E.Kimman). Present since 03.06.2017. (G.Grandans et al.). Rare during summer months. Greater White-fronted Goose (Anser albifrons) 8 in the puddle on the field at Zogotas surroundings, Rezekne county (K.Millers E.Kimman). Present since 04.06.2017 (G.Grandans et al.). Common Shelduck (Tadorna tadorna) 2 (M & F) at Orenisi - Drabaki fish ponds, Rezekne county (M.Dettori, G.Grandans). The same as on 04.06.2017. at Zogotas surroundings, Rezekne conuty (G.Grandans at al.). Rare inland. Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybrida) 4 at Orenisi - Drabaki fish ponds, Rezekne county (K.Millers E.Kimman). Can not exclude that the same individuals observed as on 04.06.2017. at Zvejsala - Lodani fish ponds, Rezekne county (M.Dettori, G.Grandans).

08.06.2017. Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybrida) 1 at Orenisi - Drabaki fish ponds in the morning, Rezekne county (M.Dettori, G.Grandans), 1 at Lubans lake NE corner in the evening (E.Kimman, K.Millers). Can not exclude that the same individual observed. Citrine Wagtail (Motacilla citreola) 1 M at Idena, Rezekne county (M.Dettori). Booted Warbler (Iduna caligata) 1 singing at Maurani, Varaklani county (G.Grandans, M.Dettori), >5 at Kalnagals surroundings, Madona county (K.Millers, E.Kimman).

Firecrest (Regulus ignicapilla) 1 singing and observed visually at Jaunpeternieki surroundings, Olaine county ( E. & V.Smislovs). Booted Warbler (Iduna caligata) 2 at Mangalsala, Riga (I.Denisovs), 4 singing MM at Vecozoli area, Priekuli county (N.Kukars, G.Grandans, M.Dettori). One individual present at Mangalsala since 29.05.2017. (I.Denisovs). Common Redpoll/Lesser Redpoll (Acanthis flammea/cabaret) 1 individual calling at Kolka, Dundaga county (G.Grandans).

Late spring migrants. Common Shelduck (Tadorna tadorna) 2 (pair) in the puddle on the field at Zogotas surroundings, Rezekne county (G.Grandans et al.). Rare inland. Horned Grebe (Podiceps auritus) 1 at Lancenu pond, Broceni county (M.Jaunzemis, G.Graubics). Black-tailed Godwit (Limosa limosa) 43 in a one flock at Zvejsala - Lodani fish ponds, Rezekne county (G.Grandans et al.). Large number at one place. Broad-billed Sandpiper (Limicola falcinellus) 2 in the puddle on the field at Zogotas surroundings, Rezekne county (G.Grandans et al.). Red-necked Phalarope (Phalaropus lobatus) 2 at Lodani - Zvejsala fish ponds, Rezekne county (G.Grandans et al.), 1 in the puddle on the field at Zogotas surroundings, 1 at Orenisi - Drabaki fish ponds, Rezekne county (G.Grandans et al.).
