Common Kestrel (Falco tinnunculus) 1 at L.B.T. grain terminal, Liepaja (A.Klepers, I.Brediks). Quite rare during winter months. Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus) 1 at Pulvera str., Liepaja (I.Brediks, P.Daknis). Rare during winter months. Wood Pigeon (Columba palumbus) 4 (2 ad & 2 2cy) at Seaside Park, Liepaja (P.Daknis et al.). Quite rare during winter months. Carrion Crow (Corvus corone) 1 at Liepaja harbor N pier, Liepaja (A.Klepers et al.). Present at least since 15.10.2011. (D.Krigens). Common Starling (Sturnus vulgaris) ~400 at L.B.T. grain terminal, Liepaja (A.Klepers, I.Brediks). Large number at one place rare during winter months. Hedge Accentor (Dunnock) (Prunella modularis) 1 at Zirgu islet, Liepaja (A.Klepers et al.). Rare during winter months. White Wagtail (Motacilla alba) 1 at landfill "Kivites", Dienvidkurzeme county (A.Klepers). Rare during winter months. Rock Pipit (Anthus petrosus) >5 at Liepaja harbor S pier, Liepaja (A.Klepers et al.). Large number at one place during winter months. Twite (Carduelis flavirostris) 17 next to Liepaja harbor S pier, Liepaja (A.Klepers et al.). Present at least since 07.01.2023. when >20 (G.Grandans, K.Millers, I.Grinerte).

Taiga Bean Goose (Anser fabalis) 2; Tundra Bean Goose (Anser serrirostris) 30 at Nica fields, Dienvidkurzeme county (A.Klepers et al.). Horned Grebe (Podiceps auritus) 1 in the Baltic Sea next to Mietrags, Dienvidkurzeme county (A.Klepers). Northern Harrier (Circus cyaneus) 1 ad M at Nica fields, Dienvidkurzeme county (A.Klepers et al.). Quite rare during winter months. Northern Hawk-Owl (Surnia ulula) 1 at Nica fields, Dienvidkurzeme county (A.Klepers et al.). Present since 22.10.2022. (A.Zacmanis). Short-eared Owl (Asio flammeus) 2 at Nida, Dienvidkurzeme county (A.Klepers). Quite rare during winter months. Twite (Carduelis flavirostris) 24 locally at Jurmalciems, Dienvidkurzeme county (A.Klepers).

All three species quite rare during winter months. Northern Hawk-Owl (Surnia ulula) 1 at Nica fields, Dienvidkurzeme county (G.Grandans, K.Millers, I.Grinerte). Present since 22.10.2022.
