Late song in second half of summer. Red-footed Falcon (Falco vespertinus) 1 1cy at Sausneja surroundings, Ergli county (G.Grandans). Common Ringed Plover (Charadrius hiaticula) >80; Little Stint (Calidris minuta) >40 in the drained pond at Skrunda fish ponds complex, Skrunda county (K.Millers, I.Grinerte). Large number at one place for both species during autumn migration. Red-throated Pipit (Anthus cervinus) calls heard three times at Uzava river upstream meadows, Alsunga county (R.Rekmanis). Corn Bunting (Emberiza calandra) 1 heard singing and seen flying at Plavsargi surroundings, Alsunga county (R.Rekmanis).

Category E record. Red-footed Falcon (Falco vespertinus) 1 1cy at Saka surroundings, Pavilosta county, 1 1cy at Labrags surroundings, Ventspils county (R.Rekmanis). Mediterranean Gull (Ichthyaetus melanocephalus) 1 1cy; Caspian Gull (Larus cachinnans) 1 1cy at Lielupe river mouth, Jurmala (E. & V.Smislovs, R.Matrozis). 23rd record of Mediterranean Gull in Latvia.

European Bee-eater (Merops apiaster) 2 pairs bred successfully at Vidzeme, 10 individuals observed (A.Vilnis).
